Hundreds of thousands of people have fled fighting between the Pakistan military and entrenched militants in South Waziristan.
ShelterBox Response Team member Mark Pearson has been working closely with local authorities in the area to ensure innocent people who have been forced to flee their homes receive emergency shelter.
Official UN figures state that since fighting began more than three-quarters of a million people have registered as internally displaced people.
